Is the Multiplayer Test different then the Play Menu options?

The differences are subtle and primarily relate to developer iteration. The tool provides a mechanism for developers to iterate quickly on something in PIE and then, with the click of a button, validate that it works in a predefined multiplayer scenario (with a bunch of other bonus stuff).
